Based on your screens it looks like you have not installed sayidan-plugin from plugins section. You then need to go to Setup > Setup Wizard section to finalize automatic installation.

Under the root folder of madang theme find images folder. After your change the icon there clear your browser cache.
This logics can not be assigned through default WordPress menu picker. The easiest way is to have a permanent My Account link with sign out option from the admin dashboard only.
