Please find answers to your questions below:
– we currently only support Android app.
– yes tickets can be emailed at once.
– you can use product variations instead fo single product to differentiate prices.
– go to revisions tab from inspector control on the right side to recover the page.
– regarding the dates please provide a direct link to your website. Most likely you need to fill in event start end dates under Event Extra Details section of your woocommerce products.September 2, 2020 at 4:50 pm #6045

I entered event start end dates under Event Extra Details section of woocommerce products and saved data. But still there are those strange dates in calendar wiev. In other wievs is all ok. but here: http://www.ticketline.ee those strange dates won’t change. You will see them under the picture and event headerSeptember 3, 2020 at 7:53 am #6047
I can confirm that there is an issue with the plugin. We will try to resolve it within next two business days.
The myticket events plugin should update automatically on your side or you can trigger this manually when update rolls out from plugins section of your WordPress admin.September 3, 2020 at 8:44 am #6048
Thank you, hope it’s going to work! There is another issue aswell,in the very same calendar view the translation does not work, when i use translation plugin, the calendar data (dates in line) gets wrong. Somehow it translates theme, not thedata i insert. So all the site is half english half estonian. It does not look good
And one more, how can i translate pdf ticket?September 3, 2020 at 9:16 am #6049
I found solution for those strange dates with additional css property visibility:hidden; and it worked!:)September 3, 2020 at 11:44 am #6050
Intresting, why Sunday has gone suddenly from calendar view. Product is inserted with proper data. It was there earlier? that is what i can’t deal with from this side again.September 4, 2020 at 7:59 am #6051
Date is taken from WordPress locale. Sometimes server locale matters too.
In order to translate events layouts please edit myticket-event pot file. Make sure to sync it if you are usually Loco Translate plugin.September 4, 2020 at 9:13 am #6052
how to get Sunday tab back to the line in calendar view? I’m using My ticket listing 4.
And if you see in wednesday there are 3 concerts in a row, but in saturday it does load only 2? There is actually 3 concerts aswell and all the data is filled correctly, as the others.
In My ticket listing 2, how to get rid of links behind pictures? Get ticket leads to the right place, but when you click on picture, it leads to one event before.September 5, 2020 at 8:18 am #6057
Have updated the plugin?September 5, 2020 at 9:41 am #6059
Yes, it says last uptated 2 days ago. All plugins and all pages are up to date.
Still no sunday in the line. Also tried to make new page and add new block, no luck, no sunday in line and on saturday only two events instead of three. And links behaind the picktures are leading to the wrong place in My ticket listing 2. Also tried to duplicate and delete and re-enter products, no luck. Also tried enter new product with completely other product with some random date, it does not show it at all. Googled, searched info, deactivated and reactivated plugin. Nothing.
Also deleted cromes history.
Also tried other browsers,in Edge it doesn’t work at all, In Firefox the same as Chrome.
It is getting annoing, am i doing something wong? It has to work somehow, probably i’m not the only one using it.September 7, 2020 at 6:52 am #6063
As a hint. Try to set up your server time with your current location.
You can hide links completely with the help of CSS code. Please include link of the layout you want to hide.September 7, 2020 at 7:55 am #6064
I did set timezone right after installing WordPress to web host. Still no Sunday in line and links behind pictures are leading to wrong place. Added also screenshots.
As those links behind pictures do not have class or id, i can’t hide them myself with CSS the link is right above blue area in screen1. Same thing on screen2, i point my cursor on arrow, in the left corner below is link to the previous event. And first picture leads nowhere, from second picture all links lead to previous events. Those links are unnessessary, as “Get ticket” leads to right place. And why translation does not work on those buttons?
The layout is right in front page of http://www.ticketline.ee
Please help me to get sunday back to the line at first in calendar view http://www.ticketline.ee/event-calendar/ so i can publish the site and start to sell tickets. Actually calendar view is ment to be as front page, that is why i’m in a hurry. Sunday was there at first, when i inserted product. Festival is already in two months, i need to get tickets out for sale.

– server time can not be set up via WordPress admin but via server configuration.
– you are stating that links are not pointing to the right place. Our engineer has clicked on every link to verify it and it all points to single product preview which is a correct way, what kind of behaviour are you expecting here?
– Sunday should appear automatically when you set up events that match this day. Once again here.
– also there might be a conflict with your pages, make when you set up WooCommerce pages it does not overlap with existing page blocks.
