    Hi,

    I’m using MyTicket Hall 6 (seat reservation). But i’m unable to cancel a seat reservation. After i delete the order, delete cash form the product, delete cash form the page and use the tools form WooCommerce/Status/Tools the order is out of the database but shows on the reservation page still as “Sold out”.
    Is this normal normal behavior or am i doing something wrong?

    Except from the cancellation, does it works like a charm!

    Hi Andries,

    Thank you for the detailed feedback. Yes this is the correct behavior. Initially we were trying to implement different logics but then the risk of conflicts shows up.

    The biggest concern behind this is that one seat can be sold twice which is unacceptable for the customers.

    The most optimal way of solving is probably manually lifting the reserved seats but this so far is not operational.
