In the theme demo, the homepage slider is full width. When I installed the demo content on my site, the homepage slider is constrained and has text above it that reads “Study Hard.” How do I make the slider full width and remove that text, so that it has the same appearance as the theme demo?

    Hi Natasha,

Have you also installed any additional plugins?

In order to remove title go the page > edit then scroll to the bottom and disable title and enable full width.

I already have the page title disabled and full width enabled (see screen shot attached) but they don’t work. I have not installed any plugins except the package that came with the theme.

Then most likely this is the caching issues. Can you please turn off WP Super cache and Autoptimize caching plugins?

WP Super Cache is not installed on this site. I’ve deactivated Autoptimize and that did not fix the issue.

I have not installed any additional plugins. Is it possible for you to log into my WP admin and take a look? I really need to solve this issue as it is holding up our development of this website and nothing has seemed to work.

    1. clear your browser cache
    2. then access this link and update the theme from this source: http://themes.kenzap.com/sayidan/

    3. If this does not help send you credentials at info@kenzap.com but only after steps 1 and 2 are completed.
