    HI,
    I am trying to import demo data using setup wizard but on the time of import the final step is giving an error “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” Please guide me how to do that, am i doing wrong.?

    This usually happens due to restrictions that come from your hosting provider.

    And if it does not help reach your provider directly.

    HI,
    I am still facing issue with the demo installation same error occurs while the last process, error is same as shared in the first reply.

    1. I am using Klambi theme purchased from themeforest
    2. I made a test link to check http://paramedci.acetrum.in/ with the wp-admin login as admin/admin
    3. Check the this link http://paramedci.acetrum.in/test.php to see php recommended configuration

    I just want it to resolve ASAP thanks.

    1. Next make sure you are on a PHP version 7.2+

    2. Enable debug.log and check: https://kenzap.blog/how-to-enable-debug-log-in-wordpress/

    3. What was the response from your hosting provider?

    i checked that the domain is running on php 7.2 aalso made the changes in wp-config.php to enable debugging no but no file was generated debug.log inside wp-content directory.
    Can you please check what is wrong?

    The issue is caused by your server configuration and most likely restriction set by yout hosting provider.

    This is why you need reach them as there is simply nothing inside the theme or the bundled plugins that may cause this error as all code is compliant with WordPress coding standards.

    In case you want one of our engineers to manually connect to your server and try to diagnose the issue this service is subject to extra charge which is $35 (discount price) but not covered by your support license.

    Another hint that might be helpful here is to set up different file permissions.

    I am working as web developer since 8 years and install many themes purchased from theme forest but this time i think its worst theme from theme forest and worst support this is the great idea to earn extra money like this, put an error in theme and when someone install the theme they will get error and your team will ask to fix this by charging an amount, the main question is why i am seeing this error while demo import rest website is working fine. Also in documentation it is mentioned “This theme comes bundled with many plugins. Some are required and some are optional” but after installation there was not a single notification to install the required plugin so please verify it first also if it is possible to share demo_content.xml i will use importer instead.
    anyway great idea!

    one thing i just want to confirm with the files downloaded from the theme forest contains.
    1. klambi.zip
    2. klambi-child.zip
    3. klambi-plugin.zip
    4. licensing.zip
    5. public_docs.zip

    Is there any thing missing as it has only one plugin inside the download zip folder,
    also i appreciate if you can provide me demo_content.xml

    As i check all the code i found the page requesting in the code pt-one-click-demo-import is not defined anywhere to complete the setup that’s why its giving error can you please look at this either please allow me refund i don’t want waste my time.

    I am still waiting for the reply to my question above, can you please clear the above mentioned details, also i have checked with my hosting provider each and everything is correct also there is no permission issue with the files in the directory, why you are trying to pushing the issue forward, you must have to cooperate with me and get it resolved ASAP.
